NBA Recap: Lakers, Warriors, Celtics, Bucks among winners

Los Angeles Lakers continued to show improvement as they dispatched the San Antonio Spurs 105-94 in the NBA on Friday. Anthony Davis scored 25 points and 15 rebounds, and LeBron James marked his return to action with 21 points. Tre Jones scored 19 points for the Spurs.

Golden State Warriors picked up their 10th win of the season in the NBA with a 129-118 win over the Utah Jazz. Steph Curry led the scoring with 33 points in the game and Klay Thompson scored 20 points. Lauri Markkanen scored 24 points for Utah Jazz in the game.

Phoenix Suns claimed a 108-102 win over the Detroit Pistons for their 12th win of the season. Deandre Ayton scored 28 points and 12 rebounds, and Devin Booker recorded 21 points. Bojan Bogdanovic scored 19 points for the Pistons.

Boston Celtics defeated the Sacramento Kings 122-104 in the NBA on Friday. Jayson Tatum scored 30 points and Jaylen Brown scored 25 points for the Celtics. De’Aaron Fox scored 20 points for the Kings.

Milwaukee Bucks claimed a 117-102 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in their NBA clash. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the scoring with 38 points and Jevon Carter scored 18 points. Donovan Mitchell scored 29 points for the Cavaliers.

Houston Rockets picked up a 128-122 win over the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA on Friday. Jalen Green led the scoring with 30 points as Jabari Smith Jr scored 21 points. Trae Young and Dejounte Murray had 44 and 39 points, respectively, for the Hawks.

Memphis Grizzlies claimed a 132-111 win over the New Orleans Pelicans to improve to 11-8 in the NBA. Dillon Brooks led the scoring for the Grizzlies with 25 points and Ja Morant scored 23 points with 11 assists. Trey Murphy III scored 21 points for the Pelicans.

Miami Heat claimed a 110-107 win over the Washington Wizards. Bam Adebayo led the scoring for the Heat with 38 points and 12 rebounds, and Caleb Martin scored 20 points. Kyle Kuzma scored 28 points for the Wizards in the game.

Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Chicago Bulls 123-119 after overtime in the NBA on Friday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the scoring for his team with 30 points and Darius Bazley scored 17 points. DeMar DeRozan scored 30 points for the Bulls.

Indiana Pacers picked up a 128-117 win over the Brooklyn Nets in their NBA clash. Buddy Hield led the scoring for the Pacers with 26 points and Myles Turner scored 23 points in the game. Kevin Durant scored 36 points for the Nets.

Portland Trail Blazers picked up a 132-129 OT win over the New York Knicks. Jerami Grant led the scoring for Portland with 44 points and Anfernee Simons contributed 38 points. Jalen Brunson scored 32 points for the Knicks.

Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Orlando Magic 107-99 in their NBA encounter on Friday. Shake Milton finished the game with 24 points and ten assists as Tobias Harris had 23 points and ten rebounds. Franz Wagner scored 24 points for the Magic.

Charlotte Hornets picked up a 110-108 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. Kelly Oubre Jr led the scoring with 28 points and Terry Rozier had 22 points. Anthony Edwards scored 25 points for the Timberwolves.
